My plans:

Going to hit the 5x kg soon! :D yippppee!
So, to target that 5x kg, I’m going to
1. Exercise at least 2 times a week, running at least 2.4 K.M. (started out last week so going to continue this! :) )
2. Drink lots of water (keep myself hydrated)
3. Eat more fruits and vegetables
6 MORE KG IN ORDER TO HAVE A BMI OF 22.2 ):

teehee. at least I won’t be in that 60kg range soon… IHOPE *Fingers-cross*
cos someone kept complaining I fat X( hmphf! nevermind, we lose tgt :D heee
anw, school’s been a horror. many assignments due and everything, I think I might lose my mind sooner or later, which is no good! ):
